Central Residential’s carpenters have specialised in renovation throughout their building careers. We know how to work with existing structures, and when the unforeseen arises, we provide sound advice, using our experience to save you money. We take pride in restoring the past and reshaping the future. 

 

New builds

We enjoy working on new builds, using the latest materials and techniques to create beautiful modern homes and premises. We’re highly organised, ensuring timely delivery on budget, and taking care at every step of the build. We’re a small, effective team with the directors managing and leading the jobs.

 

Preliminary costing & fixed price

We work through your concept plans and provide an estimate before the build. As the project progresses, we work closely with you and the tradespeople to accurately assess the scope, outlining the work to be undertaken in detail, and providing an accurate price to match.

Cody Webby and Ryan Bonniface founded Central Residential Builders in 2017, and together they have 30 years of onsite building experience.

They have done all types of building work, including new builds, commercial renovations, and outdoor living projects, but typically they have specialised in residential renovations.

After training together, and collaborating on a range of projects over the years, Cody and Ryan decided to create a brand they could put their names to. That’s how Central Residential Builders came into being.

Today, Cody and Ryan lead a close-knit team of builders delivering quality building projects across Auckland. The efficient and effective building systems and standards they have developed ensure they give clients the best possible service, from pricing and planning to construction and compliance.

Central Residential takes pride in creating a positive workplace environment and maintaining accuracy and quality, delivering projects on time and on budget.
